Initial Meeting

For Marriage Ceremonies, please ensure you have the following documents with you at our first meeting.

• Confirmation of Booking Form (will be posted here shortly)
• Notice of Intended Marriage – (NOIM)

Please complete the forms before our meeting but do not sign them. The signatures must be witnessed by me.

This document must be received by me no later than one month and one day prior to your wedding day.

You also need to present at this first meeting the following documentation.
- Your Original Birth Certificates (If born outside Australia and Birth Certificates are unavailable, bring your passports) plus photocopies.

And if you have been married previously;
- Original Decree Nisi / Original Certificate of Divorce, plus photocopies.

I suggest this meeting happens as soon as possible after setting your date and choose your venue.

There are several important areas to address.

Firstly is the style you desire for your wedding, and how you see the ceremony unfolding.

If I am to match your colour themes or styling, samples and choices will be given to you at the next meeting when all things are finalised.

The full names of two witnesses. These people must be over 18 years of age, be attending the ceremony, and prepared to sign the official documentation on the day as a witness.

A booking fee of $70.00 will also be required at this initial meeting.
